Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Battery Teams, Finance, and Supply Chain to identify bottlenecks and build bespoke software solutions.
- Design and implement responsive React interfaces, modern state management, and high-density data visualizations.
- Design and evolve Snowflake schemas and application data models supporting transactional workflows and analytical exploration.
- Use dbt and Airflow to clean, transform, and orchestrate data into application-ready schemas.
- Monitor application health and user interaction patterns using Datadog, Sumo Logic, and StatsD.
- Build RAG-powered tools that let engineering teams query technical specifications, experimental results, and financial data using natural language.
- Develop infrastructure using Terraform, CI/CD practices, and Kubernetes, and deploy native iOS applications for internal business use.
Requirements
- A B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related engineering field is required.
- Requires 6+ years of professional software development experience with a master’s degree or 8+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
- Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, modern CSS-in-JS or Tailwind, Python, FastAPI, Flask, and advanced Snowflake and dbt experience is required.
- Experience with data visualization libraries such as Plotly or Bokeh, Airflow or similar orchestration tools, Terraform, Kubernetes, native iOS application deployment, and production RAG and LLM integrations is required or preferred.
- Candidates should have experience building complex, user-centric internal tools for operations, engineering, battery, finance, or supply-chain teams.
- Strong autonomy, bias for action, and ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment are expected.
