Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical security design and review processes for security-critical systems.
- Apply deep expertise in one or more security domains such as Cloud Security, AppSec, or Data.
- Identify inefficient or insufficient technical approaches and redirect efforts toward higher-impact outcomes.
- Build advanced tools and automation for security monitoring and incident response.
- Translate complex security objectives into defined deliverables and architectural requirements.
- Provide rigorous code and design review feedback and mentor the engineering organization.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to make high-stakes technical decisions that improve long-term security outcomes.
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills focused on root-cause analysis and risk reduction.
- Ability to communicate complex security risks effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to develop creative solutions that reduce technical debt and improve security infrastructure efficiency.
- Ability to manage complex escalations and security incidents with disciplined, comprehensive analysis and resolution.
- Experience or mastery in one or more technical security domains, such as Cloud Security, AppSec, or Data.

- Target base salary range is $258,000-$310,000.
