Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, and SPM modules.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions and platform designs.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrations, workflows, catalogs, portals, and automations.
- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other APIs.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution workshops, design discussions, unit testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and governance requirements.
- Lead development workstreams and mentor junior developers and consultants.
- Support estimation, solutioning, and proposal activities for new opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall IT experience and 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, IntegrationHub, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Experience implementing one or more ServiceNow products, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, or SPM.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ITIL Foundation Certification, and experience leading developers or technical workstreams.
