Base Salary

$224k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build software for recruiting, interviewer capacity, offer onboarding, and hiring workflow automation.
  • Create cash-demand forecasts, payment schedules, capital pipelines, and financing proof chains from procurement and construction data.
  • Parse contracts and related documents into structured obligations, prices, deadlines, penalties, and service-level agreements.
  • Develop continuous-close workflows that automate capitalization, depreciation, approvals, reconciliations, and generated work.
  • Embed with finance, treasury, accounting, legal, recruiting, and people teams to turn expert processes into production software.
  • Identify problems, design solutions, and ship features autonomously under demanding deadlines.

Requirements

  • Production experience with Go, Python, or TypeScript and the ability to learn additional languages as needed.
  • Experience building features with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight model APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
  • Daily experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship quickly while creating maintainable foundations for other engineers.
  • Ability to build credibility with finance, legal, recruiting, auditing, or other non-engineering experts and drive software adoption.
  • Strong product judgment and experience creating intuitive interfaces and workflows.
  • Preferred experience with ERP and fixed asset accounting, FP&A, cash forecasting, capital planning, structured finance, treasury operations, contract lifecycle systems, ATS or HRIS integrations, or LLM extraction from legal and financial documents.
