Responsibilities
- Lead the incubation, architecture, design, implementation, maintenance, and adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives.
- Define enterprise architecture and reference patterns covering orchestration, model selection, RAG and knowledge integration, guardrails, and responsible-AI compliance.
- Facilitate requirements, operational, and business workshops to identify process improvements and measurable AI opportunities.
- Create solution blueprints integrating low-code/no-code tools, AI agents, BPM platforms, enterprise data, and enterprise systems.
- Provide team leadership, support customer and solution engagements, and remain hands-on while delivering early prototypes.
- Lead and document UAT and model or agent validation with strategic end users.
- Develop AI adoption plans, product roadmaps, business and solution architecture models, and executive decision materials.
- Coordinate with operations, IT, security, data governance, business, and architecture stakeholders.
- Support rollout, change management, business enablement, modernization, and innovation pipeline activities.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in enterprise architecture, BPM or low-code automation, and hands-on Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using agent orchestration frameworks such as AWS Agent Core, Claude, LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent.
- Experience with LLM integration, prompt and RAG design, multi-agent workflows, and scalable system or business architecture.
- Experience designing large-scale applications on market-leading low-code/no-code platforms and integrating BPM workflows, customer service applications, AI capabilities, and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience across software development phases including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale business-centric AI and process applications.
- Experience evaluating modern technologies, developing prototypes, and leading technology-platform modernization.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal, written, and formal presentation skills in English, including the ability to explain AI and machine-learning concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
