Responsibilities
- Own and lead critical projects within the Procore Construction Projects domain.
- Deliver scalable and performant frontend features that meet customer needs.
- Improve frontend architecture and help establish development standards.
- Contribute to and maintain shared libraries.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, engineering, product, and UX teams to design and build solutions.
- Develop, test, stage, deploy, and monitor modern web applications.
- Mentor and develop junior-level engineers.
- Use AI-assisted development workflows across planning, implementation, testing, and incident response.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Object-Oriented Programming and/or Functional Programming fundamentals, Test Driven Development, and design principles.
- At least 5 years of experience with JavaScript.
- Strong experience with React or equivalent client-side frameworks and TypeScript.
- AG Grid experience is a bonus.
- Experience contributing to and maintaining shared libraries.
- Understanding of tradeoffs among technical, analytical, and product goals.
- Expertise in modern web development, including development, testing, staging, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience teaching, mentoring, and developing junior-level engineers.
