Base Salary
$95k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with regional Field Engineering teams to identify and prioritize high-value AI workflow opportunities.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows for investigations, reporting, operational analysis, and engineering tooling.
- Replace manually intensive workflows with scalable, reusable AI-enabled solutions in partnership with Field Engineering engineers.
- Build and document reusable workflow patterns, templates, and lightweight operational playbooks.
- Partner with GenAI platform and internal tooling teams to deliver initiatives within approved environments.
- Coach engineers on approved AI tools, including Python-based tooling, Kiro, and internal AI platforms.
- Track adoption metrics and operational KPIs for regional and senior Field Engineering leadership.
- Share reusable capabilities, lessons, patterns, and outcomes across regional Field Engineering teams.
- Support waveform analytics, reporting automation, engineering tooling, and operational dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical program management, workflow automation, or operational analytics required.
- Experience with GenAI platforms, agentic tooling, or AI-enabled operational workflows required.
- Preferred: knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems for critical infrastructure.
- Preferred: experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Preferred: experience in large-scale infrastructure, operational engineering, or data center environments.
- Preferred: experience building reusable engineering tooling or lightweight operational playbooks.
