Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python.
- Develop and execute automated tests using PyTest.
- Implement and maintain BDD test scenarios using Cucumber/Gherkin.
- Contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of existing test frameworks.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Work within Linux environments and write supporting Bash scripts.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to embed quality early in the SDLC.
- Analyze test results, defect trends, and automation metrics to support data-driven quality improvements.
- Identify gaps in coverage and proactively improve reliability and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python.
- 2+ years of experience with PyTest.
- Strong experience with Cucumber/Gherkin (BDD approach).
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid experience working in Linux environments.
- Experience writing and maintaining Bash scripts.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern development practices.
- Experience building or enhancing automation frameworks.
