Responsibilities
- Lead the overall architecture design and core capability development of the AI Agent platform.
- Drive the implementation of AI Native capabilities in engineering workflows.
- Build the knowledge augmentation layer for the platform.
- Establish the runtime and governance framework for AI Agents.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and operations teams to standardize and scale platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in backend engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
- Proficient in Java or Python with solid coding skills and architectural thinking.
- Strong understanding of LLM and AI Agent architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph, and familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools.
- Experience in designing or developing RAG, GraphRAG, or knowledge graph solutions.
- Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
