Responsibilities
- Design and develop software applications, control systems, and test simulations.
- Integrate hardware and software into Golf and Commercial Mowing solutions.
- Write and review software requirements for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with system objectives.
- Develop embedded applications using C/C++ and MATLAB Simulink.
- Apply control theory to real-world applications.
- Use continuous integration development and automated build tools.
- Work with software version control such as Git.
- Collaborate in a team environment while managing multiple streams of work independently.
Requirements
- Demonstrated technical problem-solving abilities and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience developing embedded applications using C/C++ and MATLAB Simulink.
- Knowledge and experience applying control theory to real-world applications.
- Experience with continuous integration development, automated build tools, and software version control.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Agricultural Engineering, or Systems Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.
- Preferred experience with mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems; turf control systems; model-based software development; electronic circuits; embedded systems tools; and CAN, LIN, or Ethernet communication protocols.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
