Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into software and architectural designs.
- Code and develop new features using software development best practices.
- Conduct technical reviews and guide software engineers throughout development.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues across the software development lifecycle.
- Evaluate technologies and frameworks and lead the design and implementation of complex software components and systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of software product development experience.
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science.
- Strong expertise in Core Java and advanced features such as streams, functional programming, and virtual threads.
- At least 5 years of experience with Spring Boot and associated Spring features.
- At least 4 years of experience contributing to HLD and LLD, code reviews, and coding practices including clean code, SOLID principles, and OOAD.
- At least 4 years of experience building or driving microservices- or SOA-based software systems.
- Strong algorithms and data structures skills.
- Semiconductor-domain knowledge, reactive programming experience, and agentic AI experience are preferred.
