Responsibilities
- Maintain the availability, reliability, scalability, and performance of DOKU’s systems and applications.
- Assist with infrastructure and application scaling during increased workloads.
- Improve observability and proactively identify and resolve system issues.
- Automate routine tasks and optimize infrastructure, processes, resource utilization, and costs.
- Support CI/CD implementation using Jenkins, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and related containerization tools.
- Participate in incident management using PagerDuty, Statuspage, Datadog, and Grafana.
- Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure using AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or GCP.
- Provide Level 2 technical support for system integration and assist internal teams with technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in system reliability engineering or a similar role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least two years of experience with Java programming.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Understanding of cloud computing technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud.
- Experience with incident management and observability tools such as PagerDuty, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, time-management, and multitasking skills, with a willingness to learn continuously.
