Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement scalable custom software solutions using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with multiple teams on technical solutions, key decisions, and enterprise integrations.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and contribute to team management and team decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

- Proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is required.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks is required.
- Experience or familiarity with enterprise integration techniques and API development is required.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
