Responsibilities
- Lead technical and business discussions about future architecture direction across multiple teams and complex product lines.
- Analyze current-state and target-state environments and define architecture roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Develop domain-level architecture solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Participate in enterprise architecture governance and architecture review processes.
- Design and develop service-oriented software and data platforms with reusable components.
- Lead Teamcenter customization, development, integrations, data model enhancements, and deployment activities.
- Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Teamcenter PLM customization, configuration, development, and solution mapping.
- Proven experience as a PLM Solution Architect or Senior Technical Architect in a complex enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in Teamcenter architecture, data models, security, business objects, workflows, Access Manager, organization structures, performance, scalability, FMS, licensing, and deployment best practices.
- Hands-on experience with BMIDE, Java SOA APIs, ITK, custom extensions, utilities, integrations, data model enhancements, and deployment.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter engineering and business capabilities, Teamcenter–NX integration, Systems Engineering processes, reporting, data extraction, and related engineering workflows.
- Experience contributing to enterprise strategy, architectural requirements, architecture governance, and innovation portfolio planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder influence, leadership, professional judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally, up to 15% including international travel.
