Responsibilities
- Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of data product pipelines.
- Support users of existing data management and knowledge management systems.
- Collate and analyse data using predetermined tools, methods, and formats.
- Interpret data, investigate questions, and identify possible answers using established procedures.
- Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to IT security processes, systems, and procedures.
- Support prescribed product development, engineering, project management, and change management activities.
- Assign short-term work schedules to subordinates and coach others as required.
Requirements
- Ability to work with existing data management systems, processes, procedures, and precedents.
- Ability to collate, analyse, and interpret data using established tools and methods.
- Ability to investigate operational questions and identify shortcomings in processes, systems, and procedures.
- Willingness to develop capabilities through formal and informal training and work under the guidance of senior data engineers.
