Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects for core product evolution.
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure.
- Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities and user experience.
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new engineering teammates.
- Act as a cultural beacon and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of industry experience as a software engineer.
- Experience as a technical lead for large projects spanning multiple teams.
- Proven track record of building successful SaaS products.
- Previous startup experience or a bias for action in work environments.
- Experience mentoring and uplifting engineering teams.
