Responsibilities

Design Intelligent Automation solutions.
Design, build, deploy, and manage automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Python, and other relevant technologies.
Engage with client stakeholders across business and technology functions and develop long-term trusted-advisor relationships.
Train and manage junior staff and client staff, including quality assurance of client deliverables.
Respond to client requirements and provide Intelligent Automation subject matter expertise.
Research client inquiries and emerging regulations, industry practices, and technologies.
Communicate complex ideas through presentations, technical writing, and client service.

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management, or Intelligent Automation development.
Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Office tools, UiPath, Blue Prism, Pega, Automation Anywhere, or other relevant tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver actionable insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
Interest in integrating operational and technology skills and staying current with Technology trends.
