Responsibilities
- Design intelligent automation solutions.
- Design, build, deploy, and manage automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Python, and other technologies.
- Engage with client business and technology functions and develop trusted advisor relationships.
- Train and manage junior staff and client staff and provide quality assurance for client deliverables.
- Respond to client requirements and provide intelligent automation subject matter expertise.
- Research client inquiries, regulations, industry practices, emerging issues, and new technologies.
- Develop innovative solutions and integrate operational and technology capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management, or intelligent automation development.
- Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Office tools, UiPath, BluePrism, Pega, Automation Anywhere, or other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively, lead and grow within a large technology practice, and maintain intellectual curiosity about technology trends.
