Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end STLC processes with a focus on automation and continuous quality.
- Design, architect, and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Define automation strategies and quality approaches for complex, multi-service, distributed systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure software deliverable quality.
- Establish and enforce software testing and automation best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Stay current with software testing and automation technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
- Programming skills in at least one of Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building test automation structures from scratch using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with GenAI tools, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control, branching strategies, Agile/Scrum, and issue management tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, clean code, object-oriented programming, design patterns, debugging, logging, and observability.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
