Responsibilities
- Develop ERP system test plans and solutions, organize test requirements, and design, write, and execute test cases.
- Perform functional, interface, stability, performance, security, and compatibility testing for software products.
- Maintain automated testing data, tools, scripts, and frameworks to improve testing efficiency, stability, and reusability.
- Conduct performance testing with JMeter and interface testing using appropriate tools and methods.
- Analyze, report, and track defects through resolution and isolate root causes of test findings.
- Summarize test results and provide data to support product release decisions.
- Construct and manage test data for AI model validation and regression testing.
- Collaborate effectively in medium- and large-scale software projects and cross-border teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in software testing or automated test scripting.
- Knowledge of software testing methods, tools, processes, and test case design.
- Experience with API, performance, security, compatibility, interface, and automated testing.
- Proficiency with tools or frameworks such as Robot Framework, Appium, Postman, JMeter, and Playwright.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, plus basic database knowledge.
- Ability to use AI-assisted tools across the software testing lifecycle and maintain or optimize automated testing frameworks.
- Strong documentation, analytical, observation, independent working, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin capability for cross-border collaboration.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment is preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, or data analytics systems is preferred.
