Base Salary
$70k - $124k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze the e-commerce landscape and develop test strategies, plans, scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing for online shopping platforms.
- Test product browsing, checkout, payments, order tracking, ship-from-store, ship-to-customer, and returns workflows.
- Validate integrations with payment gateways, inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, and shipping services.
- Prepare test reports and quality metrics and communicate findings, defects, and delivery risks to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior testers and promote testing practices and techniques.
Requirements
- Up to 10 years of professional experience in quality engineering or software testing within retail or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience testing online shopping platforms and end-to-end e-commerce workflows.
- Experience working with the Manhattan OMNI application.
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and web services.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams.
- Experience testing warehouse management, inventory management, payment, and shipping integrations is preferred.
- Knowledge of AS/400 systems is preferred.
- Experience mentoring junior quality engineers and communicating quality metrics, testing outcomes, defects, and delivery risks is preferred.
