Responsibilities

Build and create enterprise test automation strategy and roadmap.
Design and develop automation frameworks and scripts in parallel to feature development.
Oversee processes, toolsets, and staging environments to support testing strategy.
Assist in ongoing process improvement for effective test planning and execution.
Promote QA productivity through automation and best practices.
Lead the definition and maintenance of standard test automation processes.
Conduct code reviews and verify coding standards.
Collaborate with peer leads in Development, QA, and Project Management.
Develop and report on critical product quality metrics.
Document test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
Automate repeated tasks and build test coverage.
Assess problem statements and develop innovative solutions.
Work with geographically dispersed teams.
Ensure Netskope web interface compatibility across major browsers.

15+ years of hands-on experience in developing tests and automation for network and security products.
Strong expertise in programming languages like Python, pytest, or Java.
Experience in designing and building automation frameworks.
Solid experience in web user interface testing.
Good knowledge of web application stacks and HTTP protocols.
Experience testing REST API services.
Expertise in Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
Excellent debugging, development, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong test planning and execution skills.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Drone, Bamboo, Jenkins, or GitLab.
Familiarity with web data formats like JSON, MIME, XML, and HTML.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Preferred experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
