Responsibilities
- Develop firmware, new applications, and motor-control software for medium-voltage drives.
- Provide fast technical support to customers.
- Analyze root causes and fix bugs.
- Follow development processes and participate in Scrum and agile activities.
- Work as a friendly and proactive member of the organization.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
- At least 2 years of experience in drives, power electronics, or motor control.
- Experience with C, C++, Python, and MATLAB.
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Positive attitude, fast learning ability, and teamwork skills.
