Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and improve cloud-based DevOps infrastructure and automation.
- Lead configuration and release management processes for reliable deployments.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks in development and deployment workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote DevOps best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by providing technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance.
- Review and optimize infrastructure, automation, and deployment strategies for scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Influence technical decisions and deliver solutions adopted across multiple teams and business units.
Requirements
- Copado certifications are required.
- Master proficiency in Copado DevOps Implementation is required.
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting enterprise Copado DevOps solutions is required.
- Expertise in configuration and release management is required.
- Advanced knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery, DevOps methodologies, cloud automation, and continuous improvement techniques is required.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation and deployment strategies is required.
- Advanced English is required.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and ability to influence engineering best practices are required.
