Responsibilities
- Administer and support Axway B2Bi and IBM Ecommerce, including partner configuration, translation maps, and message routing.
- Onboard and certify trading partners by configuring AS2, OFTP2, and SFTP connections and validating EDI transactions.
- Monitor end-to-end B2B transaction flows and troubleshoot failed or delayed EDI messages within SLA.
- Maintain mappings for purchase orders, invoices, advance shipping notices, and other EDI documents.
- Collaborate with order management, supply chain, and finance application teams to resolve B2B integration issues.
- Support platform patching, certificate renewals, disaster-recovery/failover testing, documentation, and on-call incident response.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience administering or developing on Axway B2Bi or an equivalent B2B integration platform and IBM Ecommerce.
- Working knowledge of IBM Ecommerce or Sterling-type B2B and order-integration platforms.
- Hands-on experience with X12 and/or EDIFACT and AS2, OFTP2, and SFTP protocols.
- Experience onboarding and certifying trading partners and using XML or flat-file translation and mapping tools.
- Strong production incident troubleshooting skills in a 24×7 environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred qualifications include IBM Data Movement certification, exposure to IBM MQ or Aspera, Shell or Python scripting skills, and experience in regulated or pharmaceutical environments.
