Responsibilities
- Define engineering governance processes for efficient and effective architecture governance.
- Ensure LSEG products follow engineering best practices and organizational standards.
- Build governance processes using AI and Microsoft PowerApps, including supporting collateral.
- Operate governance processes, provide tooling support and training, run CIO and Group-level architecture review forums, and assemble outcomes and actions.
- Promote engineering governance and quality standards across the enterprise.
- Respond to operational issues and collaborate across architecture, engineering, and governance teams.
Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering and/or technology architecture.
- Experience developing with Microsoft PowerApps.
- Interest in applying emerging technologies and AI to engineering governance.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving complex challenges, testing assumptions, and learning from outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and work in a fast-moving, delivery-focused environment.
- Degree or equivalent and/or relevant professional qualification.
