Base Salary

$118k - $220k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain solution architecture roadmaps for owned architecture areas.
  • Create and deliver end-to-end architectural designs for enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Ensure technology components align with the wider technology strategy.
  • Act as a working point of contact for business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers.
  • Participate in Design Authority and Solution Review board governance.
  • Produce business process, data model, system, sequence, and process flow diagrams used by delivery teams.
  • Support onboarding of commercial services across digital channels and enterprise platforms.

Requirements

  • Broad solutions architecture experience across multiple business contexts.
  • Experience with market-leading CRM and self-service platforms.
  • Experience integrating CRM with ERP, middleware, and web content management systems.
  • Experience working with agile teams and methodologies across globally distributed teams.
  • A track record working with blue-chip clients.
  • Consulting experience at a leading IT consultancy or experience in a large corporate is preferred.
