Base Salary
$198k - $277k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with developers to ensure compliance with relevant security standards.
- Train, guide, and mentor team members on security-focused CI/CD best practices.
- Set team direction and goals related to project impact, product quality, and engineering efficiency.
- Collect and analyze data to troubleshoot pipeline performance.
- Understand safety-critical software development processes and create tooling that improves security while maintaining efficiency.
- Help define requirements and long-term product strategy for human-rated lunar lander systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, aerospace engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working toward CMMC certification.
- Experience implementing and maintaining NIST 800-53 controls.
- Experience developing and owning CI/CD pipelines that continuously deliver high-quality work to customers.
- 10 years of professional experience.
- Experience improving stability through monitoring, analysis, code reviews, and detailed feedback.
- Understanding of source control tools and concepts, including Git workflows, versioning, and branching.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while building trust and contributing to an inclusive culture.
- Preferred experience with Linux, Docker, continuous integration and delivery, Python, C, C++, unit testing, test-driven development, Ansible, Vagrant, Terraform, Kubernetes, Agile methodologies, aerospace safety-critical software, tools qualification, NPR 7150.2D, and DO-178C.
