Base Salary
$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical discovery and implementation for customer deployments.
- Engage with customer stakeholders to understand their issues and success criteria.
- Build on Blaxel platform APIs, SDKs, and customer infrastructure.
- Ensure customer success by improving workload reliability and performance.
- Bring customer insights back to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node or Python; experience with Go or Rust is a plus.
- Experience in building and shipping production software, especially in backend or cloud environments.
- Comfort with APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services like AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and CI/CD processes.
- Prior experience in forward-deployed or customer engineering roles is helpful but not required.
