Responsibilities
- Assist with the design, coding, testing, and debugging of software components and systems.
- Develop tools and applications supporting autonomous robotics and aerospace platforms.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineers to integrate and test new capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, version control, and defect tracking.
- Develop scripts and automation to improve team workflows and efficiency.
- Support prototypes, simulations, proof-of-concept demonstrations, meetings, and development estimation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Python, C++, or Java.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git, Eclipse, or similar integrated development environments.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Linux, Windows, web technologies, cloud platforms, backend services, robotics, autonomous systems, data analytics, Bash scripting, Agile practices, and version control.
