Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance web applications across frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Implement security and data protection measures and write clean, maintainable, efficient code.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, troubleshoot issues, and minimize application downtime.
- Use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI assistants daily for frontend, backend, API development, testing, documentation, and AI-assisted code reviews.
- Design enterprise applications using current design patterns and present solutions to stakeholders.
- Integrate AI algorithms and models to enhance application functionality and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Seven years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies, with proficiency in Angular, React, or Vue.js and experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and strong understanding of API design and development.
- Experience with Git or comparable version control systems.
- Experience integrating AI algorithms and models and fluent daily use of GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent AI coding assistants.
- Ability to critically review AI-generated results, challenge outputs, and take accountability for AI-driven outcomes.
- Machine learning familiarity is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, enterprise application design, and stakeholder communication capabilities.
