Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and enterprise security requirements.
- Deploy and manage internal security tools and monitoring systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling, recommending mitigations.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to embed security best practices.
- Define and execute incident response procedures.
- Help shape the culture, standards, and reputation of Aisle in the cybersecurity community.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering, security operations, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud security practices (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with security tooling (SIEM, EDR, IAM, vulnerability scanners).
- Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus points for experience in incident response, penetration testing, or public speaking.
