Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and continuously improve Microsoft Entra ID and identity governance services.
- Configure and support SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Support application onboarding, access packages, entitlement management, security groups, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Design and support secure cloud-based IAM solutions and develop PowerShell automation to reduce manual work.
- Troubleshoot IAM incidents, service requests, and application access issues while providing technical guidance to application and technology teams.
- Use SQL and application data for troubleshooting, reporting, and integration activities.
- Maintain IAM documentation and support access governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in IAM, information security, infrastructure, cloud engineering, or a related technical environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID or Azure Active Directory and identity technologies.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, access governance, security groups, RBAC, APIs, application integration, and SQL.
- Experience configuring or supporting SSO and authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, or OpenID Connect.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting or automation and strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Azure or Entra certification, Identity Governance and Administration platform experience, MFA, Privileged Access Management, access reviews, ServiceNow, regulated-environment experience, and workflow automation are advantageous.

- Hybrid work model with work-from-home and office options, requiring attendance at the Tralee office at least three days per week.
- Standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for 7.5 hours per day.
