Responsibilities
- Participate in a two-week Business Course with coaching and collaborative assignments.
- Complete technical training and choose a Java Development specialization such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or microservices architecture.
- Develop, build, optimize, and implement Java applications and backend solutions for client organizations.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and techniques to address technical challenges.
- Develop professionally through communities, coaching, certifications, and client assignments.
Requirements
- Be a starter with ambition toward Java Development and AI tools.
- Have an HBO or WO education in Informatics, Software Engineering, or a directly related technical field.
- Have initial relevant experience through an internship or work.
- Have experience with AI-supported development.
- Have knowledge of Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Have knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
- Live in Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe, or Overijssel.
- Be fluent in Dutch, as all assignments are conducted fully in Dutch.
- Complete a PES screening as part of onboarding.
