Responsibilities

Manage and automate the deployment, scaling, monitoring, performance, security, and reliability of containerized applications using Kubernetes.
Design, implement, and maintain multiple DevOps pipelines and continuous integration and delivery solutions.
Integrate static code analysis and other security mechanisms into pipelines.
Design and apply hybrid deployment strategies across cloud and local virtualized environments.
Work with software and systems engineers on automated testing and documentation processes.
Troubleshoot network, automation pipeline, and infrastructure issues.
Build, maintain, and monitor configuration management for release products.

Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness and ability to pass a CI polygraph.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related discipline, or four additional years of experience in place of the degree.
At least 8 years of DevOps experience.
Experience with source configuration management tools such as Git.
Extensive ability to work independently with Kubernetes.
CI/CD development experience with Bash, Jenkins, or GitLab.
Experience with automated deployment technologies such as CloudFormation, Ansible, or Terraform.
Cloud technology deployment experience and working knowledge of Linux, Windows, web services, and SQL databases.
Preferred qualifications include Security+ or comparable certification, distributed processing and web service experience, production software support, Fortify or SonarQube, HPC experience, custom source application deployment and maintenance, Agile experience, and Linux system administration with Red Hat or CentOS.
