Responsibilities
- Conduct an independent fraud risk assessment within three weeks of starting.
- Launch a test to optimize log-in challenge rates within five weeks.
- Experiment to reduce first payment default rates by 3 percentage points within one month.
- Establish a repeatable fraud ops function within three months.
- Implement controls to mitigate programmatic fraud attacks within six months.
Requirements
- At least two years managing fraud in tech or fintech.
- Advanced SQL comprehension.
- Experience working with AI agents in a meaningful capacity.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Strong signals include experience with self-improving feedback loops and financial services background.
