Responsibilities

Own the long-term architectural vision for customer experience domains.
Act as the 'glue' between engineering teams to ensure cohesive architectural decisions.
Architect fault-tolerant, distributed systems with a focus on data integrity.
Contribute code and conduct code reviews to align implementation with architectural vision.
Proactively solve problems and maintain momentum in technical evolution.
Lead the assessment and selection of critical technologies and frameworks.
Establish and enforce engineering standards for API design and security.

10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in a Staff or Principal Engineering role.
Ability to debug complex codebases and create proof-of-concepts.
Authoritative knowledge of identity and access management patterns.
Proven track record of architecting high-volume transactional systems.
Expert understanding of distributed systems architecture and cloud infrastructure.
Strong communication skills to explain technical risks to non-technical leadership.
Strategic mindset to address future organizational challenges.
