Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client IT systems using established practices and design patterns.
- Analyze requirements, design solutions, implement features, and complete testing and deployment.
- Create specifications and documentation for business requirements and implemented features.
- Play a key senior or lead role in a medium-sized cross-functional team.
- Support the growth and development of less experienced team members.
- Use modern development tools, AI-assisted coding tools, and coding agents where appropriate while maintaining responsibility for code quality, security, and technical decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing accessible web applications.
- Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/SCSS.
- Familiarity with npm, yarn, and modern build tools.
- Experience with React Router, Formik, Bootstrap, and Redux or similar state management tools.
- Hands-on experience with Jest or Vitest and test-driven development practices.
- Exposure to GenAI tools, AWS or Azure, and Figma, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools.
- Good command of English and German at B2 level; both are mandatory.
- Interest in AI-assisted software development and willingness to learn coding-agent workflows; prior experience is welcome but not required.
