Base Salary
$144k - $228k/yr
Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets and articulate Netskope’s architecture and business value to security leaders, CISOs, CIOs, and architects.
- Present Netskope’s cloud security solution and create and deliver product demonstrations.
- Gather customer technical requirements and establish Netskope as the best solution for customer needs.
- Develop presentation, demonstration, proof-of-concept/value, evaluation, and overall win strategies.
- Create evaluation test plans, manage evaluation processes, and lead POCs to successful conclusions.
- Act as the customer advocate, support customer success, and resolve or escalate satisfaction issues cross-functionally.
- Provide product feedback and feature enhancement requests to Product Management.
- Analyze competitive solutions and communicate differentiation.
- Present at conferences and seminars, work trade shows, and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
- Travel heavily within the territory and support other company engagements in the US as needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant Solutions or Systems Engineering experience with a proven record of presenting technical information to executives or architects.
- Strong written, verbal, public speaking, presentation, customer empathy, and revenue-growth skills.
- Experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies including MDM and MAM, and operating systems such as Android and iOS.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, remote access, site-to-site VPN, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security, and regular expressions.
- Experience with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and SD-WAN deployments and integrations.
- Experience with Active Directory Services, including ADFS; Azure AD knowledge is desired.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP public cloud environments and cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably computer science or a related discipline.
- Python scripting and REST API experience are desirable.
- Experience with vendor cloud security solutions and products from Bluecoat, Symantec, McAfee, Check Point, Cisco, or Juniper is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, CCSE, GCFW, PCNSE, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIP-ENT, GCIH, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or Agile Scrum and project management certifications are desirable.
