Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, maintain, support, and debug embedded software and firmware for company products.
  • Adapt existing products and firmware to new requirements, uses, features, and customer feedback.
  • Provide architectural design, modular code design, code documentation, hardware/firmware integration, production implementation, and support.
  • Create and maintain documentation for design, analysis, and test results.
  • Perform device-control interface work, board-level troubleshooting, and other assigned duties while following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • A degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering or Computer Science.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • C++, C, and Python programming and debugging skills.
  • Experience with Qt development, real-time operating systems, Embedded Linux, FreeRTOS, and device drivers.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design, programming techniques, data structures, and digital hardware including SoC, ARM, and FPGA.
  • Experience with I2C, SPI, USB, PCIe, Ethernet, board-level troubleshooting, and Layer 2 and 3 data communication protocols.
  • Cloud and AI knowledge is a bonus.
