Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and optimize AI models for document intelligence and compliance automation.
- Build and maintain training pipelines, datasets, and evaluation frameworks.
- Improve and evaluate Small Language Models and FastText classifiers.
- Design domain intelligence frameworks for regulated industries.
- Establish model quality metrics and validation processes.
- Analyze production behavior and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain documentation on training methodologies and model behavior.
Requirements
- Experience with NLP, document intelligence, or machine learning systems.
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing machine learning models.
- Strong Python development skills and familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with model training, data annotation, and MLOps practices.
- Understanding of modern AI technologies like transformer models and LLMs.
- Experience with data quality and model performance measurement frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
