Base Salary

$75k - $158k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user stories and functional requirements to identify test scenarios, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Design, build, maintain, and execute manual functional test scripts for SAP FI and CO modules, workflows, integrations, JTMS modules, and customizations.
  • Document defects with reproduction steps, track issues through resolution, and communicate findings to development teams.
  • Create and maintain test cases, test data sets, and traceability matrices aligned with SAFe practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and QA practices.

Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of manual software testing experience with large-scale ERP systems.
  • Hands-on SAP S/4HANA testing experience, including workflows and integrations, with strong preference for SAP FI and CO experience.
  • Understanding of SAFe, SDLC, and Agile development practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • ISTQB or similar testing certification is desired.
  • Experience with ServiceNow CWM for Agile test management and defect tracking is desired.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git is desired.
  • Prior federal agency or DoD client experience is desired.
