Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Evaluate and improve software components for performance and maintainability.
- Optimize cloud-based data workflows and pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and technical solutions.
- Share knowledge with and guide junior team members.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply development best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks and experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and big data frameworks.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for development tasks.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance considerations in cloud environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
