Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, production-ready Generative AI solutions.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases, embedding models, and large language models.
- Develop prompting strategies, templates, and workflows to improve LLM accuracy, consistency, and performance.
- Customize and fine-tune foundation models using SFT, RLHF, LoRA, and QLoRA.
- Establish model evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, latency, cost efficiency, hallucination rates, benchmarking, and A/B testing.
- Implement production observability, logging, tracing, alerting, and monitoring for model behavior and performance drift.
- Design and deploy production-grade AI agents using low-code and custom high-code implementations.
- Integrate NLP, computer vision, document intelligence, speech processing, and traditional machine learning capabilities into multimodal solutions.
- Research and adopt emerging AI models, frameworks, and tools.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI architectures.
- Develop reusable components, best practices, and internal standards for Generative AI and responsible AI development.
- Deploy, manage, and scale AI systems and ML models in cloud environments while optimizing resources, reliability, scalability, and security.
Requirements
- A university degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of work experience is required; 7 or more years is preferred, and the posting also states total required experience of 9 to 15 years.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Strong Python proficiency and experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Understanding of model evaluation, benchmarking, A/B testing, hallucination detection, and production performance monitoring.
- Experience with SFT, RLHF, LoRA, QLoRA, and parameter-efficient training approaches.
- Ability to design and deploy production-grade AI systems with robust observability, logging, and monitoring.
- Exposure to multimodal AI, including computer vision, document intelligence, or speech processing, is preferred.
- Familiarity with low-code AI agent platforms and custom high-code agent implementations is preferred.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and managed AI/ML services is preferred.
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles, bias detection, fairness evaluation, and compliance considerations is preferred.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Weights & Biases is preferred.
