Responsibilities
- Own and optimize enterprise collaboration platforms like Okta and Google Workspace.
- Design and automate identity lifecycle processes including SCIM provisioning.
- Architect secure SSO integrations and manage MFA policies.
- Build scalable automation frameworks using Python, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
- Develop serverless workflows to enable event-driven integrations.
- Integrate with SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Lead security remediation and compliance initiatives.
- Apply DevOps best practices including CI/CD and configuration management.
- Drive AI-first automation strategies to reduce operational tasks.
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Engineering, and IT teams.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience managing enterprise collaboration and IAM platforms.
- Deep expertise in Okta, including SSO, MFA, and API automation.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and PagerDuty.
- Proficient in IAM principles and authentication flows.
- Strong scripting and API integration skills.
- Experience designing scalable SaaS onboarding frameworks.
- Cloud experience, particularly with GCP; AWS/Azure is a plus.
- Ownership mindset with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
