Base Salary

$168k - $227k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software solutions for distributed network infrastructure systems.
  • Own assigned features through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support.
  • Collaborate across teams to gather requirements and align solutions with broader system goals.
  • Share knowledge, provide feedback, and support the development of other engineers.
  • Drive technical and process improvements that improve reliability, performance, and team productivity.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 5 years of programming experience with one or more software programming languages.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering-team leader.
  • Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
