Base Salary

$168k - $227k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement software for field sales operations.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines synchronizing account data across Salesforce, AWSentral, and Partner Tools at scale.
  • Drive technical strategy to improve data quality and coverage.
  • Build APIs and services that encode operational best practices and reduce manual work for field teams.
  • Own feature delivery from design through deployment.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct design and code reviews, and raise engineering standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
  • 5+ years of leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling.
  • Experience as a mentor, technical lead, or engineering team leader.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
