Responsibilities
- Develop internal platforms, frameworks, accelerators, reusable libraries, templates, and toolkits for generative AI and large language model solutions.
- Design and implement build, deployment, evaluation, monitoring, and workflow pipelines for AI applications.
- Enable engineering teams with best practices in prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, security, reliability, and scalable AI development.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, microservices, enterprise applications, and data platforms.
- Define and document technical standards, architectural guidelines, observability practices, governance models, and knowledge assets.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of software engineering experience using Python or a similar programming language.
- Have 2+ years of experience developing APIs, microservices, and systems integrations.
- Have 1+ year of hands-on experience with pipelines, workflow automation, and CI/CD practices.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of experience with generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or AI agents.
- Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of experience building or evolving internal engineering platforms.
- Experience with one or more orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster is preferred.
