Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and lead product features end-to-end from research to deployment.
- Shape engineering architecture and set standards for code quality.
- Mentor other engineers in adopting AI-native workflows.
- Translate customer requirements into polished user experiences.
- Design scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with minimal oversight.
- Drive architectural decisions to maximize AI-assisted development velocity.
- Work in a high urgency environment to ship fast and learn fast.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of professional full-stack experience at a product-first company or FAANG-level environment.
- Comfortable building features across the entire backend stack.
- Strong focus on product, design, and user experience.
- Experience owning meaningful projects end-to-end.
- Ability to set standards for engineering quality in an AI-native environment.
- Resourceful and thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Strong product intuition and ability to push back on requirements.
- Proficiency in AI coding tools, especially Claude Code.
