Base Salary
$30k - $60k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and lead product features from research and design through implementation, testing, and release.
- Design scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and GCP.
- Lead architecture decisions and establish standards for code quality, testing, development practices, and engineering conventions.
- Mentor engineers in AI-native workflows and coordinate AI-assisted development to improve delivery velocity.
- Talk directly with customers and translate vague requirements into polished user experiences.
- Write maintainable, testable code with minimal oversight and drive rapid product iteration.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of professional full-stack experience at a product-first company or FAANG-level environment.
- Experience owning meaningful products, infrastructure refactors, or major feature launches end-to-end.
- Strong backend, system design, scalable architecture, API design, code quality, testing, and code review skills.
- Deep proficiency with Claude Code and AI-native development workflows, including recent meaningful projects where AI coding tools were central.
- Ability to architect, review, verify, and correct AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, exercise product judgment, and communicate directly with customers.
- Preferred experience includes autonomous agents, Claude Agent SDK, agentic frameworks, MCP integrations, AI image or video generation, React-based UI development, early-stage startups, internal tooling, dashboards, mentoring, design systems, and open-source projects.
