Responsibilities
- Define and execute the QA roadmap for the IBM Cognos program.
- Lead UAT and regression testing for TM1 models and reporting dashboards.
- Establish testing protocols for the development team across application layers.
- Provide backup coverage for the Senior Architect & Technical Manager.
- Assist with scalable data integration and application architecture design.
- Act as a technical escalation point and mentor for graduates and junior developers.
- Own the technical integrity of releases and align delivery with financial reporting timelines.
- Coordinate with support leadership to maintain 24/7 architecture stability.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 and IBM Cognos Analytics.
- A proven background as a Technical Lead or Architect in a financial systems environment.
- Deep knowledge of software testing life cycles and experience with automated testing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority, with strong reliability and proactive ownership.
- Fluent English and the ability to explain complex technical architecture to business stakeholders.
