Responsibilities

Drive quality of software and hardware components to ensure model training accuracy and performance.
Implement effective testing methodologies and strong debugging skills.
Demand the highest quality from all components within the Cerebras environment.
Automate workflows, set up testbeds, and build tools for monitoring and debugging.
Identify potential problems by creatively breaking Cerebras software.
Break down complex tasks into manageable parts and act as a problem solver.

3-7 years of relevant industry experience in software quality and testing.
Experience testing AI/ML models and evaluating model quality.
Strong automation and programming skills in languages like Python, C++, or Go.
Experience testing compute/machine learning/networking/storage systems in large-scale environments.
Experience debugging issues across scale-out deployments.
Ability to create thorough test plans and work effectively across teams.
